Description:
Responsibilities include but not limited to: 
● Develop and enhance tools to optimize Cisco compile/test/commit development process
● Transform existing tools to provide a state-of-the-art development experience to developers at Cisco
● Conceive new tools and/or methods to increase the overall quality of the S/W releases while maintaining an agile development process
● Automate bug detection and isolation
● Work within a team environment and enhance your programming skills while learning from Senior Software Engineers at the same time

Minimum Qualifications: 
● Solid understanding of Computer Science/Engineering fundamentals
● Excellent knowledge of programming languages (one or more of): Java, JavaScript, Junit, Perl, Python, Shell
● Excellent knowledge of Linux and web-application development (HTML, AJAX etc.)
● Creative problem solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills
● Strong written and verbal communication
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals
● Master/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering

Desired Skills:
● Knowledge of embedded developer workflows
● Knowledge of automated test execution systems
● Embedded networking make/build systems
● Knowledge and experience implementing Continuous Delivery model
● Experience with Continuous Integration, Build systems, and Source Code Control tools
● Familiarity with Linux-based software development environment
